We specialize in ground up, remodel, and tenant improvement, design/build commercial construction in the Twin Cities Area. We build offices, warehouses, fitness studios, restaurants, daycare’s, retail, storage facilities, health care facilities, multi-family structures, etc. Essentially, if it’s a non-residential project we would love to build it for you.

WHAT DOES DESIGN/BUILD MEAN

Design/build means we collaborate with our clients, architects, and sub-contractors to guide the project design and building process from inception to completion.  Our vast construction and design acumen ensures our clients that the final product we provide will not only be a space that they love, but also that the entire process and experience will be fun and positive.

Yes, we definitely can help. We work closely with several of the best architecture firms in town and in most cases we can help provide you with a project plan and budget after a quick 30 minute meeting.

HOW BIG OR SMALL ARE THE PROJECTS WE TAKE

We regularly complete projects ranging from $20,000 to $10,000,000 and everything in between. No project is too large or too small for our experienced team; regardless of the project size we provide unbeatable pricing and value for our clients.
